SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING:
(Fee is based on the purchase price of the home)

For homes priced $300,000 or less, the fee is $300.
For homes priced over $300,000, the fee is $1 per $1,000 in contract price. (e.g. If the contract price is $350,000, the inspection fee is $350) - Maximum fee is $750.
For homes priced over $1,000,000, please call for a quote.

MULTI-FAMILY UNITS:

CONDO:
(Condo inspections are of the interior only)

RADON TESTING:
(Utilizing continuous electronic monitors)

We accept VISA and MasterCard as well as personal checks, cash or money orders.

A ten percent discount on the home inspection fee is offered to those who are currently serving in the military or in law enforcement.
