Terry K. Heller is the owner and president of RPI, Inc. He has personally performed over 9,000 inspections in his twenty-two years as a full-time home inspector. Terry is licensed by the state of Maryland (license #29288). He also is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI #33071) and formerly served for fourteen years on the Board of Directors of the Greater Baltimore chapter of ASHI. Prior to becoming a home inspector, he worked for seven years as a licensed contractor in the home building and remodeling business. Terry has also completed the EPA Radon Monitoring Proficiency Course.

Rachel Heller is the office manager.

The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) is the oldest and most respected professional organization of home inspectors in North America. Certified Members of ASHI have demonstrated their proficiency by performing a minimum number of inspections to ASHI standards, have passed a series of written exams testing their knowledge of residential construction, and must earn continuing education credits to remain a member.
