Terry K. Heller is the owner and president of RPI, Inc. He has personally performed over 7,000 inspections in his eighteen years as a full-time home inspector. Terry is licensed by the state of Maryland (license #29288). He also is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI #33071) and formerly served for ten years on the Board of Directors of the Greater Baltimore chapter of ASHI. Prior to becoming a home inspector, he worked for seven years as a licensed contractor in the home building and remodeling business. Terry has also completed the EPA Radon Monitoring Proficiency Course.

Rachel Heller is the office manager.

Zachary W. Heller is Terry and Rachel’s son and works as Terry’s assistant. He has assisted in over 1,500 inspections. Zach has also completed the EPA Radon Monitoring Proficiency Course and is currently a candidate of the American Society of Home Inspectors.
